Birth Preparation

I have the honour of acknowledging the the Wurundjeri people, Traditional Custodians of the land on which I live and serve each day, I pay my respects to their Elders past, present and emerging; that sovereignty was never ceded. I extend that respect to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples here today. I recognise First Nations peoples’ rights to self-determination and continuing connections to land, waters and community.

I recognise, welcome and respect people of all genders, sexes and sexualities. Anyone who identifies with the pregnancy, birth, parent and motherhood and matrescence experience. I am committed to improving access and inclusion for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, intersex and queer people.
