  • an open mind

Whether you're an expectant parent, have a family, are a supportive partner or friend, curious about the world of pregnancy, birth and everything that follows, this is the perfect space for you. Each month I will chat with people who serve mothers and parents in different ways across the spectrum of making babies, birthing them to raising them.

Meet Lauren

Lauren is a mother of two and has been a psychologist for 15 years, she know the ups and downs, and changes that we go through physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially, from pregnancy, to having a newborn baby, a toddler, a pre-schooler and beyond.

She is passionate about working with parents to support their wellbeing and relationships with their children by creating spaces that are parent centred, where they can reflect on and unpack the messiness of everyday parenting in a safe and compassionate environment.

Upcoming Maternal Journal Groups - Coburg and Online

Mothers*, this is something for you. A space for you. A way to honour your experience of pregnancy, birth, mothering, and motherhood.

In our Maternal Journal group, we journal, using creative tools and techniques to support the huge changes, joys, and challenges we go through in pregnancy, birth, and new parenthood.

Rest assured that all creative skill levels are welcome! I am not an artist, but I love hearing stories, and putting some thoughts and feelings to paper.

Come as you are, in your sleep deprivation, and in the everyday messiness of being a parent.
